We collect the information you provide directly, the content you choose to upload, and service records created while you use Farnix. That can include profile details, posts, reports, block actions, and other safety records, media uploads, purchase records, and support requests.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate Farnix, display community content, provide profile and publishing features, process support requests, review safety reports, and improve product quality. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, enforce community rules, remove blocked accounts from your personal feed and related in-app views, and respond to legal obligations.

4. Image and Media Access

When you choose to capture or upload photos or video, the app requests camera or photo library access so it can collect, display, and process the media you selected. We use that media to support your profile, publishing flow, moderation, and any feature you asked us to complete.

5. Audio Processing

If you record voice or spoken input, the app requests microphone access so it can collect and process audio for the feature you started. Audio may be used for recording, playback, moderation, or related support for the content you submit.

When you choose to attach a place or use map-based tools, we collect location information needed to show nearby places, confirm your chosen location, and display that place with your content if you decide to share it.

7. Purchases and Billing

If you choose an in-app purchase, we process purchase and billing records needed to deliver credits, restore eligible transactions, handle support, and prevent fraud. Payment processing may involve Apple App Store records and our internal purchase logs.

8. Community, Safety, and User Content

When you create posts, profile content, comments, reports, block actions, or other community activity, we collect, process, store, display, share, and moderate that user content as needed to operate the service. We may review content and account behavior to investigate reports, enforce rules, and keep the community safer. When you use the in-app block feature, Farnix creates a safety review record and immediately removes that blocked account's content from your personal feed and related in-app views. For community safety matters, we aim to review objectionable content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts when necessary.

9. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

If tracking-related permissions are available, we may use tracking, analytics, and advertising measurement signals to understand campaign performance, detect abuse, and improve service delivery.

10. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure partners, customer support tools, payment processors, moderation or security vendors, map providers, and other service providers that help us operate the app. Those providers may only use the data for the services they perform for us.
