How can I publish a new umbrella post?

Use the publishing flow inside the app, select the media or text you want to share, review the result, and submit the umbrella post when you are ready.

What if I need to report or block another member?

Use the report or block options available on the relevant profile or content item so the safety flow can review the issue. When you block a member in the app, Farnix creates a safety review record and immediately removes that account's content from your personal feed and related in-app views. Reports are prioritized for community safety review and we aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Is the community for adults only?

Yes. Farnix is intended for adults only and for people who are 18 or older. Underage users should not create an account, post content, or use community tools.

What if my credits purchase does not appear?

Give the app a moment to refresh, try the restore flow if it is available, and contact support if the balance still does not update.
